  There wasn't anything we didn't like. The facilities, the bicycles, but most importantly the staff. Each member we interacted with was lovely.   The Staff were extremely polite which is always important but particularly so when you're staying somewhere for more than a couple of nights. The location was perfect - Marina Di Massa is a beautiful little town with loads of great restaurants, some very cool bars, and the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach.
