  The staffs are so friendly, they make my stay even a lot better!!!! The location is jot in the central venice but you can always take the bus to venice from the bus station, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. When leave train station go down maghera exit and its first stre - Close to mestre train station which is a 10min journey to main Venice station and cost 1.20 euros per journey. Could also get number 6 bus as well. Hotel was very clean and modern with friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good and staff were always ensuring to top things up when empty. Rooms are basic but adequate especially given the price compared to hotels on Venice itself. Would stay here again and recommend.
