It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great. Ich wurde von einem Hotelangestellten mit bis in die Garage des Hotels begleitet und eingewiesen, weil ich die etwas unübersichtliche Garageneinfahrt nicht fand..Auch bei anderen Fragen war das Personal allerbestens und immer sehr freundlich. We didn't expect such a modern nice room (got luckily one on a very high floor with a look to the penthouse opposite). No noise from the street. The little old tramway stops only 100 mrs away. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

  We spend 3 nights at this hotel and really liked it (well, we just slept there). Just a 20-minute walk from Stazione Centrale and another 30-40-minute walk from the Duomo. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and local restaurants and pizzerias (actually the one recommended by the hotel manager was great!). The breakfast was disappointing but ok for a quick snack and the cof - This is an owner managed hotel and it is thus very good as they have interest in providing good accommodation. Very friendly and helpful. Room on backside quiet. Would definitely stay again - only sorry we had not tried it on previous trips to Milan.
