  Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great.   Very good hotel, breakfast included. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station).   This hotel seems to attract a lot of criticism, which is rather unfair. Milan is an expensive city, and if you're expecting luxury for this price, you'll be disappointed. Hotel is situated close to the central station - Milano Centrale and about 100m from metro station named Caiazzo. For this prices I was suprised to have a such a good comfort. I didn't have a bathroom, but there was one in hallway. Nice view from a window, tv, ned and breakfast included. The owner asked me at which hour I want to eat breakfast, moreower you can choose the, coffee, cappuchino etc. He will bring it to your room :) I can truly recommend this hotel!

  The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room as compensation.
