The staff was really helpful and nice. Clean room and bathroom. Wi-fi was working good. There is standard breakfast with eggs, two types of flakes, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cheese and bacons, coffee, juice from bottles.

Definitely tell the hotel what time you are arriving so he can be there to let you in! He will bend over backwards to help you, but you have to let him know cause he is running a one-man show.

  We had a lovely stay in Verona which was complemented by this very accommodating B&B. the rooms are very well furnished with brand new fittings and accompanied by bathrooms of a high standard with very powerful showers. We had an external room with our own private terrace looking out into the the quiet surrounding neighbourhood.   Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Pierpaolo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The b&b is a 7 minutes slow walk from the arena, and there are plenty of bars and cafeterias on the way. The firs - Only two rooms in a lovely appartment, complete with wood panelled walls and antique/quirky mix of old and modern. Pierrepaulo the host could not have been more helpful. This is a very individual and personalised service from the owner/manager that you would not get at a large hotel. Individual breakfast included luxury croissants and home made produce. Car parking issecure, and at no extra cost. Very central, a short walk of only 250- 300 yards to main historic area.Highly recommended !!

But not very easy to find for the first time: there's no sign outside, the owner met us at the entrance to show us how to get in.
