  Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Lage - The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.   We spent four nights in this very comfortable and clean B&B. We took a taxi from the airport and had no problem locating it. Since this is a B&B on the fourth floor of a normal building complex, don't look for a big sign advertising its location.   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here.
