  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. All in all- great hotel for a reasonable price. - The hotel is really smart, and not only in the name :) Everything is built to make your stay comfortable: good soundproof windows to sleep well, personal airco and wifi (individual hotspot per room!), very good equiped bathroom, comfy bed! Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

  Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel. An der Rezeption erhielt man auf Anfrage alle Auskünfte, Mitarbeiter bemühten sich wirklich sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste.   We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis
