  The Bencista is a fabulous old villa up in the hills of Fiesole with breathtaking views of Florence. It is a wonderful, quiet retreat from long days of sight-seeing. It is a short walk to the bus stop to catch the #7 bus into town (20 min) or a €25 cab ride (recommended for luggage). We had good wi-fi in our room as well as around the building.
