  It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

  Die Flexibilität der Mitarbeiter. Eine Cousine hat sich unserer Rom-Reise angeschlossen, aber kein Hotelzimmer mehr bekommen. Man hat uns imOly ein 4. Bett in unser Doppelzimmer gestellt. Das war super.(Natürlich gegen Bezahlung, aber wir hätten auch ein Zimmer bezahlt) - Nichts besonderes. Rezeption war freundlich.

  The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.
