  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests.   Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. Never ran out of hot water in the evening when all four of us were trying to shower after a hot day of exploring Rome. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people.   I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains.   This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.
