  Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel. An der Rezeption erhielt man auf Anfrage alle Auskünfte, Mitarbeiter bemühten sich wirklich sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Der Zimmersrvice war ebenfalls sehr bemüht. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche, das Zimmer war tip-top aufgeräumt und sauber, ganz toll.   There was no guest reviews at the time of booking, however I liked the simple and elegant description of the rooms and the photos on the web. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.
