  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
