  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... was die leute sagen » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, da das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis voll erfüllt war. - Einfach, aber völlig o.k.! Wir wollten ja Rom sehen und nicht im Hotel bleiben. War übrigens der zweite Aufenthalt im Felice! Immer wieder gern!!

The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. The lighting is good everywhere. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
