The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!! Breakfast was really good & plent

  The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice
