The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast room is fun and quite different to other city hotels. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
