  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge.   If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door
