  Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  We loved the fact that the guesthouse was so well located. Centrally located, yet outside the cauldron tourist trap that is the Spanish steps/Trevi fountain location. The fact that we had our own fridge - restocked daily made it feel like home from home.
