Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.
