  The location was ideal for someone catching an early flight out of MXP, it for someone arriving to Milan late. The 24 hours reception makes this hostel ideal for such situations.   I think they have improved their service and the cleanliness after they read the comments. I gave them my request, they responded. The owners of the the hotel can hardly speak English, but they are very cute, willing to try everything they can to help and to communicate with you. I enjoyed communicate with them. There you can find nice Chinese pp - Excellent location if you arrive at Milano Centrale train station - just 2-3 mins' walk. The room is very clean and of reasonable size. The bathroom is quite spacious with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. The B&B is located on the first floor of a well maintained residential building. You feel safe and it's quiet there. We were given bottled water every day in the room and at breakfast, which is considered quite generous in Italy. Check-in and breakfast are at the Open Bar next door.

  This place was a second choice after escaping from a horrible hostel and I have to say that I wish I chose this from the start. It is located right next to Central Station (3 minute walk). The building is incredibly secure. The owners keep track of who comes in and out. The rooms are large and perfect with a tv, sink, double beds and the shared bathroom (incredibly clean). - Hi, me and my best friend spent only 3 days there. This hostel has perfect location, it is in the central, next to the railway station, metro and tram station. There are 3 or 4 more hostel in the same building, this is on the 6th floor. It is very clear, and lovely. Perfect place to sleep. The staffs are kind, and nice. We were totally satisfied with this accomodation. :)
