  Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Loved this b&b, strongly recommend to stay here, very honestly priced room. Ignore all the other negative feedback left. Staff are very helpful. I will always be coming back.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.
