They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!   although the guesthouse's entrance is located in a funny little alleyway, and you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs yourself (no lift), our room was big and comfortable. Also, the guesthouse is located next to a vibey piazza where all the artsy locals hang out, so - This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.
