Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right.   Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
