  This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel. If you want a good breakfast then you will be disappointed , there is no choice really but the coffee is good. The room is very clean and minimalist , tiny but recent bathro
