exellent, very friendly, good value for money but difficult to find
Newer property that was very clean and comfortable (probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in all of Europe!). The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making sure they showed me where breakfast is served in the morning and how to get in touch with them should I need assistance. Excellent value. Close to Malpensa but not so close that you hear airplanes all night long. I will be returning in again in about a week! The place is a bit difficult to find, especially at night. I would suggest you go to their website and look at their logo so you will recognize it on the wall/fence when you see it.
The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They fit their schedule to your needs. I liked that they suggested a very good place to eat and brought me there. I felt comfortable staying there. The place is very nice, spacious and clean. You can tell they take good care of the place. They provide clean towels and water. Next time I have to stop in Malpensa I would definitely stay with them. Not only I felt it was a good value for my money (the staff is nice, the place is clean and spacious and the price was within my budget), but the location is good as well; they are a few minutes away from the airport and the train that goes to Milano Centrale is very close too.
