  The hotel is 10 mins from the motorway towards Genova. I can only say the room we were given was 'Rustic' and a bit small. However the Restaurent was really excellent, the Chef comes and speakes to the guests and the food very very good. I would return just to have dinner there again! Located a 10 minute drive from sarzana town, would have been better if could walk but no footpath and bit dicey as along main road. In saying this there was nothing really bad about it, the owners are really nice, friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay there again.
