The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

Though there are dedicated places for the apartm - I loved my stay at Il Borgo di Campi. My husband, my parents, and I enjoyed two wonderful nights there last week. The views are unbelievable and the little cottages are quaint and have everything one could need. The restaurant was very tasty and not too pricey, and we really enjoyed chatting with the server.   Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough ... was die leute sagen » towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)

  The staff was super helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with our room and Paolo contacted us immediately to say he had arranged for us to stay at one of the connected B&Bs. When we extended our stay in La Spezia he was able to help us out despite the fact that his accommodation was fully booked.
