Agriturismo I Due Ghiri is over 400 years old. Set in the hills on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, it is 15 km outside La Spezia. This farmhouse produces its own olive oil, fruit and vegetables. Rooms have a rustic design, many with homemade tiles on the floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Each one has a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast is buffet style and is served on the patio during summer. It includes homemade bread and cakes that are also available to buy. The restaurant serves Ligurian specialities with ingredients from the farm and the local area. I Due Ghiri provides free parking and a car is recommended for all guests. The surrounding hills offer plenty of hiking opportunities and staff can organise excursions for groups. The towns of Calice Al Cornoviglio and Piana Battolla are both 5 km away. It is also easy to reach the Cinque Terre National Park and towns along the Ligurian Coast.
