  We enjoyed our short stay at the property. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. We had some difficulty finding the place when we first arrived, so he rode his scooter out to find us on a nearby street. property was nice..No complaint whatsoever about the rooms, which were well appointed and clean..   Although the hotel is situated directly in the center of the city I didn't hear any noise thanks to the isolated Windows and slept very well. All the sights are close, also the train and bus stations. I really liked it and would stay there again. - The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly.   Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It is just off of a main road and park area with secure and cheap parking so very convenient if you have a car (still qu... was die leute sagen » iet though). It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T - Very good location if you want to sightsee the old town its, just few minutes from the main gate. If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all. Breakfast very nice (typically italian) in cafe located 2 minutes walk from bb.

  This is one of those hotels where you can't think of anything that could be done better. Our spacious bedroom had direct access to a nice garden and the main entrance of the hotel gave direct access to the beach. It was very (very) clean, the hotel owner and other staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, resh fruits, yoghurt we... was die leute sagen » re all available throughout the day. The location is also very nice: very close to the beach, with a nature reserve and many flamingos around the corn - The room itself, as well as the hotel over all looked great and was very clean and calm. Also the staff (Simone) did more than you could ever expect. Even if the description said "Wifi only available in public areas" it was available in the room. Also we got a small breakfast (that we did not expect) in the bar on the other side of the street. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely stay there again when we came back to Cagliari.

The price was very fair and reasonable. The room was clean and the ac worked very well. A small fridge was supplied, that was very helpful.
