  Giovanni was warm, welcoming, very attentive, and helpful about the city. The room was clean and comfortable with all the provisions I needed for travel. The bed was super comfortable. Next time I hope to stay longer. - - Staff was great, very helpful with our reservations and getting us in, ALWAYS smiling - Breakfast was cool, feels like you are at home - Location is pretty great, takes about a 5-10min walk to reach all the main attractions. Also this B&B is in the 3rd floor or a classic bologna building. really feels like you are part of the city.

  I had a small single room which was simple but very clean. Loved the air conditioning. It's super close to the main town square and university quarter. A great value for the price. The staff person spoke English and was very helpful.
