  Very friendly and pleasant personel! I came a bit before check-in time and they provided me double room instead of single one, so that I had a possibility to change and take a city tour. Service in the hotel exactly as described, I took a bicycle there(unfortunately they have got only one) and afterwards used free wireless internet at my room.   the perfect place to stay in Bologna We stayed for 1 week and thought it the perfect place. it is across the road from the famous two leaning towers and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. The residence is on the 3rd floor \ piano and there is an exellent lift. We had a large room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, chairs... was die leute sagen » and desk, a good bathroom with excelent shower. The room looked out into the central well area and was quieter than the busy main street at the front - Room was spacious with comfortable bet and well-equipped bathroom. When I made the reservation there was an error (completely my fault) and a shared bathroom was booked instead of private bath. They were able to offer a private bathroom for the first night and allowed me to cancel for the second, though they had no obligation to do so, so that I could stay at a hotel nearby with private bath. This consideration of the client's comfort is admirable and I greatly appreciated it.
