  We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. The living/kitchen is the perfect size for a couple, the kitchen has a two ring hob and there is a fridge which would mea - The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful. Located in walking distance from the railroad station and about 15 Euro from the Airport. And because we had to catch an early flight in the morning and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast, Carla ( the owner), brought us in our room a tray with juice ,biscuits, yogurt .   The apartment I booked was not available but Laura emailed me about another one she had for the same price so my review is about the other apartment. When I got there is was extremly nice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and and closer to the city than the one I had booked.   Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty. The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room. I am likely to stay at Lorenzo's next time - i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

  Its a beautiful family run b&b. we had breakfast in the green garden without the intense heat of Florence. And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. And the old medieval town had it all for a evening walk when it got dark; restaurants, delicious biscuits&cake&... was die leute sagen » ;pizza shops open late,narrow lanes with people walking, window browsing; And St.Agata's; a beautiful church. - We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport. We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden. Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away. Sure will stay also next time.
