  Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. - The principle rooms, lobby, patio, pool were wonderful.   Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm.   Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. The internet was supplied by cable to the small desk in our room (fa - B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.
