  We stayed at B&B Sardegna Sole e mare for 1 night. We were met by very friendly staff who did whatever they could to help us during our stay in Alghero. For example they helped us calling a restaurant to book table for dinner. We were the only people by the hot tub in the grounds most of the time so felt like a private garden (but with to-the-sun-lounger bar service) lovely staff, very close to the great restaurants in the old town - 5 mins walk along the pretty sea front. There is parking as well that isn't made obvious when booking. - Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.

  The owners emailes me 1 week before my stay, giving me information about how to get there, asking what type of bed I want, etc. They even offered to come and pick me up by car from the port area. When I got there, they gave me a lot of flyers, maps, a list of places to eat and to go out. Of course, the most beautiful beaches are a bit further away. But close to the hotel is - We stayed for only 2 nights but I would choose this place again. In spite of proximity to the beach and old city center you dont feel like living on Khao San. You are staying in Italy among Italians but still close to POI. Room is quite big, clean and street not noisy. Even though they don't have 24 hour service no problem with late and delayed arrival like ours at 2 am. WiFi working well.

Der kleine Kühlschrank ist ideal um einiges zum Frühstücken zu verstauen, inklusive 3 große Wasserflaschen. Wir waren viel unterwegs und konnten uns nach 10 Minuten laufen Fahrräder ausleihen. The whole apartment was relatively clean. Location is very good as it is very close to the old town, but far enough to be quiet if you want to rest.
