  During my two weeks in the Italian mountains Tre alberi was the most wonderful place I stayed for so many reasons. The house is beautiful, the rooms huge with views of Mont Rosa, furnished with bio toiletries. The family knows the history and hiking/skiing trails. The food is homemade and local produce - absolutely the best. The village is jus... was die leute sagen » t outside Alagna, the tourist center, for those who prefer a mountain village with no tourist trappings. The owner is extremely kind and helpful to h - Comfortable, spacious, clean suite for 3. The family who run it are very friendly and happy to give all sorts of local infromation. Hotel is located in the centre of pretty mountain village with a couple of shops and a bar. The homecooked breakfast is excellent.
