I was concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, which is why we chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it was sound proof. For someone who needs to stay a few days ...or even just one night this hotel is just an excellent choice: Shuttle connected to both terminals, quiet area with nice surrounding, rooms are very clean ...as indeed just everything at the hotel, nice luminous reception, sitting area and breakfast hall decorated in warm colors. Good breakfast. Indeed helpful kind and sympathetic staff. I would like to have all my hotels this style. Highly recommended.

It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport
