Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). Location, amenities, breakfast, services, cleaning, etc., makes a score of 10 the only possible choice. If you go to Rome, don't miss the chance of being in Zama... you won't regreat. :) - We really enjoyed our stay here! Samir is a lovely host, the location is great (there's a bus stop right outside and is about a 10 min walk to a Metro stop). Samir prepares a nice breakfast each morning with delicious coffee too.   The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.
