They explained everything very well, always with a smile, from good restaurants to sight seeing and travelling tips. We forgot a jacket and they were even willing to send it to us in our next hotel! The room was very comfortable and spacious, including bathrobes to use for the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast made by the owners was totally worth it.
