  I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price.   The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite.   We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel.   Excellent lady Catering Sales Manager who should be the Guest relations Manager, she is such a good host.The hotel is currently under going some renovation but have ensured guests are minimally inconvenienced. The renovated rooms are designed with a very modern format and are quite adequate. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
