  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the low... was die leute sagen » er floors.   The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

  The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite.
