  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... was die leute sagen » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

  Staff was very helpful from the entrance to the room. Bell boy, Reception, Housekeeping, they all paid attention with guest. I was impressed that.   I have stayed twice in the hotel. My first stay was OK but since the hotel has just opened for few days (soft opening, as they said), it took so long for me to get a room even though I already book the room few days before. But the staffs were very nice and kind, so I feel OK somehow. And, I decided to stay again few months after. One more thing....the Breakf - The complimentary breakfast was nice and pretty complete, they serve continental bfast and also hot bfast. I loved the traditional indo food too, such as rawon, lodeh, soto ayam and ketan hitam. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us. The swimming pool was a bonus for us with little kids.
