  As the title explains..it's basic, has fairly modern rooms..with either split or window AC's and tv's. The rooftop has a splendid view of the Mehrangarh fort. The front rooms get a direct view of the fort and also a small pond in front, which although is filled with litter, also has some birds that come visiting (we got to see black ducks and some... was die leute sagen » parrots). Although located in the heart of the old city..the area has an old world charm to it, with a splash of village life (hint:lots of cows;-)) - This is a family run, very pleasant hotel. The rooms are clean and from the lake side have a great view. Roof top restaurant has a fantastic view of the fort and the city - the best one we've seen there anyway. Great service, good food, away from the crowds, but walking distance to wherever you want to get to in Jodhpur. Highly recommended!
