  It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family. We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice.   We had picked up this hotel because of very good recommedations. When we arrived late in the evening, we were rather disappointed, because we didn´t get a room type we had asked for. However, this was the only inconvenience we suffered there, and we were more than generously compensated for that.
