  “Highly recommended for travellers who want a good night sleep” Nice, clean hostel, with friendly & helpful staff (before arrival & during the stay). Centrally located on the Pest side, close to metro line 3 (blue - same line for taking the airport bus: 200E), walking distance to major sights, Danube, bridges, and hence the Buda side. I will - I have stayed here before so it was good knowing where to go. This place a homey feel to it. The place is very safe and the restaurant next door has pretty good burgers. The metro is close to the train station by two stops. I would reccomend this place to other travelers.

They always ready to help. - Staff amazingly nice and helpful, let us stay in the hostel for a hole afternoon while waiting for the bus, printed maps to explain routes. Free kitchen and clothes washing machine. Really good price. The room was in the basement so it was really cool, even so was 40ºC outside.

There is also wall sized map of Budapest with marked places worth visiting, which I find really good idea. - friendly & helpful staff. Good kitchen facilities. Close to all sights.

  Wir waren auf der Durchreise auf Donau-Radtour und buchten spontan nachmittags zwei Stunden vor Anreise für eine Nacht. Hat alles super geklappt, die Buchung lag schon ausgedruckt vor und wir fühlten uns willkommen in dem kleinen Gasthof.   I recently had a unexpectedly extended stay at Bazar Hostel and have many reasons to recommend this hostel. On my first day I managed to break my big toe and travelling by myself I was a bit stuck and very almost miserable. The Bazar Hostel staff were amazing and it is quite possible that I wouldn't have gotten back to Australia without them. ... was die leute sagen » The owners sorted me out for hospitals and fetched me food, Balack (sp?) cycled to the hospital to collect my x-rays, Peter translated documents for - Friendly and helpful staff - I asked to keep my backpack for 5 days while I'll be away, and they didn't find it a problem. Free coffee and tea at the kitchen, even special shelve with a free food and drinks. 2 computers with internet for free usage, loads of books and guides to different countries, that you can take and read in the common space.

  This hostel is the best place to stay in Budapest (trust me, I was born in here and I know the town and hostels well...): perfect location, extremely clean, comfortable mattress, beautiful design, nice atmosphere, selective trash collection, good security features, very helpful and nice staff, perfectly equipped kitchen, good price, calm and quiet... was die leute sagen » place - best choice if you want to sleep at night :) - Staff was extremely helpful even in the situations where they are not expected to be helpful. If you are traveling with friends or alone or with family I would recommend this hostel anyone. Rooms are super clean too!
