  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  Relativ zentral gelegen, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffett, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitger. SPA Bereich toll mit verschiedenen Thermalwasserbecken. - Die Lage des Hotels war für mich sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr nett und höflich, das Mineral-Schwimmbad habe ich viel genutzt.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.   The Location was great in the centre of the city. View Minutes walk to the Danube river, Basilika Church and Parliament. 7 Minutes Walk to the Opera. Breakfast was wonderful.We enjoyed every minute, stay in this Ho - Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

  The owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was really elegant, tidy and quiet, the rooms were perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The accomodation is in beautiful surroundings, quite close to the city centre which can be reached easily by public transportation (bus), or it's also a good way to approach the city walking along the Danub... was die leute sagen » e. (Or there's also a possibility to borrow bikes from the owner). Least but not last, I loved the coffee here! - The owner is very friendly, and the rooms are very clean. This place is the island of peace, a bit of elegance and romanticism. It's absolutely worth its price.

The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!
