  Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat. The room was lovely, very moder - Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and fixed sandwiches to take with us.   My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. The location - When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever

We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.
