  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected.. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments.   Everything!!! From the beginning we felt very comfortable! It's a really nice apartment with all you need to live. Students take care of the organization. We felt very safe and it is close to the city center. You can either walk (20min) or take the bus. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen equipped! One thing I have to add: We left our phone in the apartment and realiz - Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions. Great location. Great breakfast choices. All in all, a lovely boutique hotel, small but the
