Staff was absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the bar and restaurant and the taste of food could easily compete with the most reputable restaurants in Europe. Nothing we asked for was impossible, even asking for food at 1AM !! Pools and surroundings are breath taking.Very friendly family owned hotel, the two gorgeous daughters, Denia and Herietta, educated in London and Milan, who are working at - Errietta apartments were fantastic,the setting was beautiful, very relaxing . Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.

  Dennis and Angela are the most amazing hosts I've ever met! You can tell by the way they treat their guests that they absolutely love what they do. We even got a bottle of homemade wine and a plate of fresh watermelon from them. Although at the time of our stay most of the guests were Greek, they still make you feel at home and are willing to help... was die leute sagen » you with everything you need - even a ride to Zante town. Location of Neraida Studios is also very good, about a 10/15 minute walk to the center of T - Dennis and Angela give you a very warm welcome and were waiting to greet us on arrival. The room was beautifully presented. The location is very good only 500m from the beach and close to the centre of resort - but not so close its still quiet. They responded to a pre-arrival email enquiry which was really helpful.

The employees were very friendly and very discreet, the room was very clean, big and with furniture in very good condition (i think it is pretty new), ofcourse it had AC, tv cable, bathroom, shower, kitchinette, all in very good condition. Room was cleaned every day. Beach is only 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The "Breeze bar" next to the apartments is a very good place to drink some cocktails or drinks. The apartment is close to the center: there are many pubs, shops, good restaurants.
