  Everything was lovely. The atmosphere was very hospitable, and the renovations beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was not too far from the port, and not up a lot of stairs. Easily accessible for those who can't climb too far. The breakfast was very good. - We loved everything about it! I did not find the walk into the main town to be a problem.

  We enjoyed the seaview from the Balcony. Staff very friendly and Helpful. Hotel was very clean and tried to accommodate our needs. They didn't have double bed room when we checked in, but later then changed the mattresses into one! Spetses is an expensive island.   A fabulous little family run hotel in the picturesque Perdika. Staff were so lovely, not much English and no foreign visitors ( which we loved ) a favorite with Athenians for a weekend.
