  This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini.   Hotel Sea View is a small hotel in front of the volcanic black beach of Perivolos. We have been there for 9 days in a simple, clean, wide and comfortable room. We enjoyed a lot the kindness of the hotel owner and his family. They have been very helpful and friendly anytime, beyond the call of their duty. A quick and professional bar service is available on t - I am so happy I chosen this hotel, this is a very good hotel because of the very friendly,very kind and very generous boss and staff. Our flight arrived at 4am which makes us afraid of being homeless before check in, but the boss left the room keys and a welcom message in the reception with no extra charge. What's more, the kind boss drive us to the airport for free when we are leaving. The food and drinks are cheaper than other nearby resturant. The clean and spacious rooms are very comfortabl

  The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none. The management and staff is second to none, and the rooms are cozy and quaint. The view is beautiful, and the locations was idillic for our wedding. Highly recommended.
