  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean, with air conditioning (when the balcony door is shut), with bed, desk and chair, wardrobes, draws etc, and a fridge. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the hotel thankfully!!!!   First of all the location is perfect. Santorini is a paradise place of the planet. The Kamari beach is very nice and I can say, that if You go to Santorini - You'd better stay in beach area of the island and take tours to the architectural part of the island. The tours to Oia, volcano, Thirassia are very popular,renting cars is extremely popular, the island is small, so no blockers for living - Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach.   This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect.   I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. The blond short hair in the reception (I do not remember her name) was one of the best concierge of all - Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating.   The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. This resort is very peacefull and relaxing despite being so close to kamari ... was die leute sagen » beach. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service really is 5 star. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

We enjoyed a lot the kindness of the hotel owner and his family. They have been very helpful and friendly anytime, beyond the call of their duty. Sehr nettes, kompetentes Personal. - after a 4 week trip travelling around Europe one of our stops was Santorini for 4 days. we chose Iriana apartments from the few but good trip advisor reviews. we are so glad we did. from the very first moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and part of the family... was die leute sagen » . Iriana and her family were so helpful, attentive we did not want to leave. we had one of the apartments with a spa on the large patio. just magnificent sitting there looking over the water until sunset.a superb breakfast is se - Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly. Marios went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He helped us book ATVs and they were delivered to us! The location is right in the middle of everything. It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We used the ATVs to visit most of the areas on the island, but we did take the bus to the open air cinema in Kalmari (a must). The view is amazing! We had the room with the private jacuzzi and it was breathtaking. The ro
